Responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Deputy Group Chief Security Officer/Head of Risk and Compliance and as a member of the Compliance team, you will be responsible for the ongoing assessment of information security criteria from Econocom entities.

 

As an Security Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for:

  • Perform and control the complete security audit cycle:

    • Establish the audit program, local audit plans and set up priorities and audit scopes in line with Group Security goals;

    • Organize and perform the internal reviews within the Entities (organization including logistic, documentation review, interviews, follow-up);

    • Prepare reports that reflect audits results and share the results with interested parties;

    • Analyze the results to establish preliminary local remediation plan and animate a meeting to support the entity to build its own remediation plan;

    • Consolidate the results of all the audits to identify the transversal weaknesses and recommend transversal remediation projects;

  • Document the internal audit activities with relevant and adapted materials (auditee guide, checklists, opening and closure meeting presentation…);

  • Report the results and on-going activities, transparently and objectively, to the Econocom Security Community;

  • Continuously improve the internal security audit activities;

  • Maintain the internal security framework;

  • Engage into continuous knowledge enhancement regarding information security rules, regulation, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards relevant to Econocom context;

  • Support Group Security Team members in their missions (Assist the Business Information Security Officer in following up the remediation plans, Aggregate and propose KPIs, Coordinate and follow external audits requested by Operations Security Team Leader, Contribute to establishing and challenging local and global security maturity targets within the Group, etc.).

Profil

Skills & Experience

You have a Master's degree or equivalent and 5 to 7 years of experience in IT security, inclusive of 3 years of experience as an internal or external auditor.

Meticulous, flexible and autonomous, your ability to analyse, manipulate and compile data needs no further demonstration.

You have a strong ability to communicate clearly with others and are adept at taking initiative and managing priorities.

Your ability to discern and understand environments, organisations and processes will also be important in carrying out Internal Security Auditor assignments.

You will have a sound knowledge of IT and IT security, as well as good knowledge of information security risk management and experience of information security standards (ISO27001 or NIST).

Security certification, ideally Lead Auditor ISO 27001, is essential.

Finally, you have a fluent level of professional English, so that you can converse both orally and in writing with all our stakeholders. A good level of written and spoken French is also essential.

The position is for a full-time permanent contract starting in April 2024, based in Puteaux, on the banks of the Seine (10 minutes' walk from the Esplanade de la Défense stop on metro 1).

The position may also be located at other Group sites. Part-time work is also possible up to 80%.
